A View of Lower Main Street from the Library

This print hangs in the Library Director’s office, and is the work of local artist Aida Whedon. Born in New Orleans in 1915, Whedon was a long-time resident of Port Washington and died here in 1993. This view of lower Main Street can still be seen from the windows of the library’s Reading Room.
