Library material on a specific subject, offered as a donation by an organization whose interests relate to that subject, may not be accepted by the Library with a guarantee that it will be added to the collection. A donation by an organization of money to purchase material on a specific subject may be accepted. The selection of titles will be made by professional librarians trained to evaluate material and to maintain a balanced collection on the subject.
