Create an account using your PWPL card number, and borrow video for three days, music for one week, and e-books, comics and audiobooks for three weeks. There are no hold lists. An app is available for iOS, Android and Kindle Fire. On mobile devices, audio and video can be downloaded for offline use. Each cardholder can check out eight hoopla items per month.
